Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with heybaj and access the Platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. heybaj strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under 21 years old.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of heybaj or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by heybaj for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid and active mobile number, and any additional verification information requested by heybaj as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful, accurate, and complete. heybaj reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to verify your identity and age at any time.

Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on heybaj at any time. The operation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where heybaj identifies more than one account linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device identifier, payment method, or IP address — heybaj reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or PIN associated with your registered payment methods. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all bets placed, transactions made, and commitments entered into via your account. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify heybaj immediately at [email protected].

heybaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for a breach, any pending withdrawals or bonus balances may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

heybaj processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change. heybaj does not charge internal processing fees on Taka deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which heybaj accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. heybaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically same-day for mobile wallet withdrawals, though heybaj does not guarantee any specific timeline and processing may be delayed in circumstances outside heybaj's reasonable control.

Funds deposited into your heybaj account must not originate from criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful source. heybaj cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspicious financial activity.

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the heybaj Platform, you agree that:

• You have read and understood the specific rules applicable to each bet type, game, or event before participating.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. heybaj will not reverse, cancel, or modify a bet on the basis of a user's change of mind.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in the publication of odds or game outcomes, heybaj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• heybaj's decisions regarding the settlement of bets and the outcome of casino games are final, subject only to a formal dispute raised through heybaj's designated complaints process.
• All casino games offered on heybaj use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer streams provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. heybaj does not manipulate game outcomes.
• heybaj reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet or game at its sole discretion, including for professional or syndicate bettors.

Bonuses and Promotions

heybaj offers bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all heybaj promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• heybaj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if heybaj has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotion.
• Funds credited as bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players. Using automated software, scripts, or coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotional offers constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.

Responsible Gaming

heybaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The following policies are in effect on the Platform at all times:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. heybaj will close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their account. Once set, limits cannot be immediately increased — any upward adjustment is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heybaj Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one heybaj account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to heybaj and may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading, or use of non-public information to gain a wagering advantage.
• Participating in collusion with other players, syndicates, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.
• Conducting chargebacks or reversals on deposits without prior written consent from heybaj.

Intellectual Property

All content on the heybaj Platform — including but not limited to the heybaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of heybaj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the heybaj Platform without the prior written permission of heybaj.

Privacy and Data Protection

heybaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on heybaj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. heybaj will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention providers as necessary to operate the Platform securely and in compliance with applicable laws. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heybaj shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications outages.

heybaj's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of your deposited funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of heybaj.

Amendments to These Terms

heybaj reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, heybaj will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. English is the governing language of this agreement and shall prevail in all interpretations, disputes, and communications between you and heybaj. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be legally binding or supersede the English version.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the heybaj Platform — including a bet settlement decision, a payment dispute, or an account action — you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the heybaj support team at [email protected]. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the relevant transaction or bet ID, and a clear description of the issue. heybaj aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, heybaj may propose escalation to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
